Zach Braff Would Totally Do A Scrubs Movie

Scrubs was and continues to be one of the most popular tv shows, even 8 years after we unfortunately had to say goodbye to the show. In 2010, the tv show wrapped up their long run and hasn’t been aired since, but it appears that Zach Braff, DJ in the show, has a storyline in mind to shock some live back into the popular show.

Zach Braff recently sat down with the IMDBshow to discuss a variety of topics, including his new show Alex Inc. It goes without saying that Braff was also asked about Scrubs. What he shared next was quite interesting!

Braff was asked whether he’d like to see the show return in a show format, or perhaps a movie and Braff choose the second option. He shared that he had a whole TV movie pitch he wants to share with Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence. Here’s what he shared:

​“I can’t tell you because it’s part of my pitch, but I told him this whole pitch over dinner and he laughed a lot and said, ‘We’ll see, we’ll see’. I think it would be fun to do a two-hour Scrubs movie – I would totally do that.”

Whether the actual pitch already happened or not hasn’t been revealed, but who knows, perhaps we haven’t seen the end of Scrubs just yet. Time will tell!
