There’s A New TV Adaptation Of A Stephen King Novel In The Works

There’s a new tv adaptation of the latest Stephen King novel in the works!

As reported by Deadline, his thriller “The Outsider”, which was released on May 22, will be turned into a TV series.

Just like the series around “The Dark Tower”, Media Rights Capital is resposible for the adaptation and has planned for it to be 10 episodes long and written by Richard Price. Stephen King himself could be joining in as executive producer.

“The Outsider” deals with English teacher and protagonist Terry Maitland being arrested and charged with the murder of an 11-year-old, as his DNA was found at the crime scene – despite him being at a totally different place at the time.
