The Writers Of Jigsaw Are Working On A New Installment Of The Saw Franchise

Great news for fans of the SAW franchise. The writers of the latest movie Jigsaw are working on the first SAW movie since the “final” movie Saw 3D. In 2017, the franchise returned with the one-off movie Jigsaw, but it appears that the writers truly are working on a new movie of the SAW series now.

The news was shared in an exclusive interview with the popular website Bloody-Disgusting.
​Back in January, there was only talk of a new Saw movie coming, but this time around, the news has been confirmed.

The new installment to the popular series will be written by Jigsaw writers Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfinger. Whether it’ll be a sequel to Saw 3D or Jigsaw hasn’t been revealed yet, but we do know that new Saw content is being written for Twisted Pictures!
