The Netflix Adaption Of Gerard Way’s “The Umbrella Academy” Renewed For A Second Season

Two weeks ago, the Netflix adaption of Gerard Way’s comic “The Umbrella Academy” came online on Netflix and it immediately got a lot of viewers.

Good news for everyone that binge-watched their way through it on the same day: it is getting a second season!

According to GWW, it will be going into production at the end of 2019 and will be shot in Toronto.

Peter Hoar, who directed the pilot and the 10th episode of season one, is going to direct the first episode of the second season.
