Tenacious D Announce Sequel Of ‘The Pick Of Destiny’

Remember Tenacious D’s movie “The Pick of Destiny” from 2006?

Well apparently, it might just be getting a sequel!

According to Consequence Of Sound, Jack Black has announced that a sequel movie will be out in October. There’s no information yet regarding an exact date or platform of release, but they “have decided that it’s happening and it’s coming out.” 

The original from November 2006, featuring cameos from Dave Grohl, Meat Loaf and more, actually did not take in all of its budget at the box office, however the DVD sales over the coming years made up for that and further established the film as the classic that it is.
