Slipknot Share Alternative Album Cover For “5: The Gray Chapter”
Slipknot’s fifth studio record "5: The Gray Chapter" is turning five today and in order to celebrate that, the band has posted an alternative album artwork.
It turns out, that this was actually almost the final artwork before settling on the one we know now.
Slipknot member Clown posted it on the band’s Instagram with the text
"Today marks the fifth anniversary of ‘.5: The Gray Chapter’. This cover was a strong contender for the final album artwork, and represents where my head was at during the making of this album."
