Scott Putesky (Former Marilyn Manson Guitarist) Passed Away

Scott Michael Putesky, or better known as Daisy Berkowitz (a combination of “Daisy Duke” from “Dukes of Hazzard” and serial killer David Berkowitz) and former Marilyn Manson guitarist, has passed away at age 49.

Putesky was the co-founder of Marilyn Manson and his band but left them in 1996 before Antichrist Superstar was finished.
He started to work on a solo project and in between joined Jack Off Jill for a short period.

While working on solo demos he succesfully sued Marilyn Manson and got credit for 6 songs on Antichrist Superstar and 21 unreleased songs from Marilyn Manson & The Spooky  Kids.

In 2013 he was diagnosed with colon cancer and today one of his other bands, Jack Off Jill, let us know that he passed away.
