Ryan Reynolds To Star In ‘Stoned Alone’, A New Edition Of ‘Home Alone’

Ryan Reynolds (“Deadpool”) will be starring in a new film called “Stoned Alone” and yes, it’s exactly what you’re thinking right now.

Directed by Augustine Frizzell and written by Kevin Burrows and Matt Mider based on an idea by Fox executive Matt Reilly, “Stoned Alone” will revolve around a man in his twenties, who misses his holiday flight.

So, of course being the next logical step, he decides to get high, which leads him into a paranoia believing that someone broke into the house, except that is actually what’s happening. Ultimately, while still completely stoned and paranoid, he tries to defend his home from the thieves.

The film is set to be produced by Ryan Reynolds through his Fox-based Maximum Effort production banner with George Dewey as executive producer.
