Radiohead Sue Lana Del Rey For Copyright Infringement
Story has it that Del Rey’s track “Get Free”, taken from her latest record “Lust For Life”, has elements taken from Radiohead’s track “Creep”, which came out in 1993.
The story was first reported by The Sun and was later confirmed by Lana Del Rey herself, as she took to Twitter to explain the situation. She shares that Radiohead’s lawyers are relentless and didn’t want to settle for the proposition Del Rey made.

It’s true about the lawsuit. Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by Creep, Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing – I offered up to 40 over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court.
