If you have seen American Horror Story you are definitely familiar with the ‘Murder House’, since it is not only the main location and fan-given name of the show’s first season, but also comes back in the sixth episode of the show’s fifth season ‘Hotel’.

The ‘Murder House’ is called Rosenheim Mansion, located at 1120 Westchester Place and as you may not think someone lives in there after watching the show, the house is definitely inhabited.

However, the current homeowners are so sick of the AHS fans harrassing the house and even trespassing, they are filing a lawsuit against the former owner andthe brokerage for not revealing how much attention they and the house would be getting.

In the lawsuit they are calling the house a “macabre tourist attraction” and fans keep trying to break in to the house and trespassing the property. The lawsuit also claims that the former owner and brokerage claimed the exact opposite of all this.

All of this does make it uncertain if we will see the famous home in the planned crossover season with Murder House and Coven.

Stay tuned for more details!
