MILKK Release New Single ‘Ultra’
Here at Strife, our love of MILKK has been made evident in many ways. To the delight of many, the band have released yet another stand-alone single, the newest titled ‘Ultra’.
Being a band that is only growing in popularity, it would be easy for them to continue with the sound they have established, maintaining the fan base in which projects like ‘Headrush’ brought in.
However, MILKK is known to never take the easy road, and will instead overcome every obstacle to stay true to their own sound preferences, growing identity and changing ideas. The track is beyond what myself and many MILKK fans expected, but in the best way possible.
A sombre and mellow beginning to the song ultimately glides into a layered, more vibrant peak toward the conclusion. There is no staggering, nor a fight between choruses and verses. Instead, the track offers a new structure; yet another example of MILKK creating their own sound. It’s a track that creates an atmosphere, ultimately shaping a listening experience around you.
With brilliance oozing out of their latest singles, we can not wait to hear what is next. Luckily, that wait will conclude shortly. On the 1st of November, MILKK will be releasing their newest collection of tracks, their EP, ‘God Loves You & So Do I’.
