Riverdale star Lili Reinhart, who plays Betty Cooper on the show, has revealed in her Instagram Story that she is going back to therapy to deal with her anxiety and depression.

She has also put a supporting message out there for everyone who is scared or too proud to ask for help, that it should never be something you have to feel ashamed or embarrassed.
