Jared Leto To Play Vampire Villain In Spider-Man Spin-Off
After his role as the Joker in 2016’s “Suicide Squad”, the actor and Thirty Seconds To Mars frontman will be taking on the role of yet another supervillain, but this time as part of the Marvel Universe.
Leto will be playing the iconic villain Morbius in the Spider-Man spin-off film “Morbius: The Living Vampire”.
The film will revolve around said villain, Dr Michael Morbius, a Nobel Prize-winning biochemical scientist who, as part of a failed experiment, accidentally turned himself into a vampire, which, of course, comes with a whole lot of cool abilities and, well, a thirst for human blood. (Surprise.)
