Dave Franco To Make His Debut As Director With Horror Movie

Actor Dave Franco is going to direct his first movie.
Even though he is known as a comedic actor, he is making his directorial debut with a horror movie.

According to Deadline, the movie will be titled “The Rental” and Franco’s wife, Alison Brie (Mad Men, Community, Glow) will be starring in it together with Dan Stevens (Beauty And The Beast, Downton Abbey), Sheila Vand (Argo, The OA) and Jeremy Allen White (Shameless).

It will be produced by Black Bear Pictures and Ramona Films, which is owned by Dave and his brother James Franco.
