Brooklyn Nine-Nine Saved By NBC
Yesterday it became clear that Brooklyn Nine-Nine was cancelled by Fox as the show’s ratings continuously dropped over the last seasons.
Now, NBC has announced that it has rescued the comedy series and the show received a 13-episode sixth season order from the network.
Robert Greenblatt, chairman of NBC Entertainment, had the following to say about this:
“Ever since we sold this show to Fox I’ve regretted letting it get away, and it’s high time it came back to its rightful home. We’re all thrilled that one of the smartest, funniest, and best cast comedies in a long time will take its place in our comedy line-up.”
