Avenged Sevenfold Will Skip Grammys Appearance In Protest

While Avenged Sevenfold are nominated for Best Rock Song with “The Stage”, the band will not be attending this year’s Grammy Awards. The Grammys will be held on the 28th of January and as Avenged Sevenfold shared, the awardshow’s rock segment will not be televized.

For this reason, Avenged Sevenfold have decided to skip the ceremony all together, despite of being nominated.

The rock community hasn’t been happy with the Grammy Awards for a while, as we went through the same thing with metal last year.
