“American Horror Story” Brings Back Unexpected Coven Sister

Before the new American Horror Story season “Apocalypse” started, it was already announced which Coven sisters would be returning to this Murder House/Coven crossover.

The sisters that were announced were Cordelia Goode (Sarah Paulson), Zoe Benson (Taissa Farmiga), Myrtle Snow (Frances Conroy), Madison Montgomery (Emma Roberts), Queenie (Gabourey Sidibe), Misty Day (Lily Rabe) and Stevie Nicks.

Only one missing witch… Nan (Jamie Brewer). Until episode seven!

Even though her return was short, it was also quite shocking.

The reason why (spoiler alert) Nan couldn’t be brought back like the other sisters is because she belongs to the gatekeeper of the underworld, Papa Legba (remember when Fiona Goode sacrificed Nan instead of a baby).

Cordelia refuses Papa Legba’s deal and thus he returns to the underworld with Nan.
