All Time Low are headlining Slam Dunk Festival in May, but for the entire year 2019, these are the only shows the band have planned.

Last year, the band released two stand-alone singles, after which they toured quite a lot, supporting the release of their latest full-length album, as well as the two new singles “Birthday” and “Everything Is Fine”.

In a new interview with Rock Sound, frontman Alex Gaskarth shared that 2019 will mark the end of the “Last Young Renegade” tour cycle. Originally, the era should’ve died last year, but the new singles put an end to that agenda. Here’s what Gaskarth shared:

“Actually we were pretty much ready to wrap it up around the time we were doing the UK arena shows, even earlier, in March. We had one more US tour and then that was supposed to be that. But then, we put those songs out, ‘Birthday’ and ‘Everything Is Fine’, and even though they weren’t necessarily part of that album, it felt like they gave the record another kick, a little boost.”

He continues to share that Slam Dunk Festival really is the only chance to see the band live this year, as they prepare for their next album. In the meantime, Alex Gaskarth also very recently released a new track with his side-project “Simple Creatures”, which is a new group consisting of himself and Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus.
