Alice Cooper Cast For NBC’s ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’

Shock rocker Alice Cooper is well-known for his talent for theatre, which he is now gonna be able to show at NBC’s theatrical production of ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’.

Alice Cooper has been cast as the role of King Herod.
The production will aor on the peacock network on Easter Sunday, which will be April 1st in 2018.

He had already recorded “King Herod’s Song” for the 2000 cast album release from 1996’s ‘Jesus Christ Superstar’ production, so the role fits perfectly.
