A Sequel To “Venom” Has Been Confirmed

One of the writers of “Venom” has confirmed a second movie is coming.

Speaking to Discussing Film, co-writer JeffPinkner said:
“I can’t say anything other than that it is happening.”

The interviewer continued to ask him what can be expected from the sequel on what audiences could expect from the new film.

“Without revealing anything that I’m not supposed to reveal, it is not impossible that in a future/upcoming Venom movie Spider-Man will play a significant role… I think it’s fair to say that everyone involved would be very excited by a Spider-Man/Venom movie.”

As the post-credit scene in “Venom” also hinted at Venom/Carnage clash (a psychopathic serial killer, who becomes a superhuman offspring symbiote of Venom), we are very curious and excited to see what they have in store for us.
