A Collection Of Alan Rickman’s Personal Letters Reveal His Feelings Towards Snape Role
JK Rowlings, writer of the Harry Potter franchise, has always said that it was almost as if the role of Snape was written just for Alan Rickman.
However, according to the Metro, a collection of Rickman’s personal letters tell a different side to the story.
They reveal that sometimes the actor felt frustrated concerned about how his role would fit into the wider Harry Potter franchise.
The letters will be going to auction and reports suggest that the collection will fetch around £950,000
It consists of letters and postcards from various actors including Daniel Radcliffe but also J.K. Rowling herself.
