State Champs Announce Fifth Studio Album, Release Two New Singles
State Champs have officially announced their highly anticipated fifth studio album, set to release on November 8th via Pure Noise Records. This self-titled project marks a new chapter for the Albany-based band, following the success of their 2022 album, Kings Of The New Age.
The album was produced by Anton DeLost, known for his work with various artists in the scene. Frontman Derek DiScanio shared his excitement about the new record, saying, “We’ve been through a lot together, both personally and as a band. This album is our way of expressing that journey. It felt like the perfect time to put all of that into our music.”
Bassist Ryan Scott Graham echoed these sentiments, adding, “This album encapsulates every era of State Champs. When we stepped back and listened to the tracks, we realized it’s a perfect representation of who we are right now, both sonically and thematically.”
In tandem with the album announcement, State Champs have dropped two brand-new singles: Silver Cloud and Too Late To Say. Fans are already buzzing about the energetic vibe of Silver Cloud, which comes with an equally captivating music video.
