Foo Fighters Announce Josh Freese As New Drummer During Livestream Event
Foo Fighters announced their new drummer during a livestream event they did. Josh Freese will join Foo Fighters from now on. The news comes more than a year after Foo Fighters their last drummer Taylor Hawkins passed away suddenly.
Foo Fighters did a free livestream event called ‘Preparing Music For Concerts’. They played around 8 songs during the livestream and they ended with Aurora. That song is suspected to be Taylor Hawkins‘ favorite Foo Fighters song. Check out the full setlist below:

The announcement that Josh Freese would be joining Foo Fighters came after a skit where other drummers, Chad Smith(Red Hot Chili Peppers), Tommy Lee(Mötley Crüe) and Danny Carey(Tool), appeared. After this it was revealed that Josh Freese already situated himself behind the drums next to the other band members.
