Billie Joe Armstrong Joins The Go-Go’s At Coachella 2025
On April 11th, 2025, festival-goers at Coachella’s Outdoor Theatre were treated to an unexpected collaboration when Green Day‘s frontman, Billie Joe Armstrong, joined the reunited The Go-Go’s on stage.
The band was performing their first major show together since 2018. Midway through their set, Armstrong appeared to perform the classic hit Head Over Heels, exclaiming, “Coachella! Holy shit, I’m playing with The Go-Go’s!”
The surprise performance was met with enthusiastic cheers from the audience, highlighting a memorable moment of cross-generational rock unity.
