Sarah Paulson Reveals Why She Wasn’t In ‘American Horror Story: 1984’
For fans of ‘American Horror Story’, it came as quite a shock that Sarah Paulson would not be in the ninth season.
In a recent interview with Vulture, Sarah Paulson has explained the reason why she wasn’t in ‘American Horror Story: 1984’:
“Mrs. America was shooting exactly when American Horror Story was shooting, and I thought there was no way I could do both. So I went to Ryan Murphy and I said, ‘do you mind if I sit this season of American Horror Story out? I want to do this instead’ and he very graciously said ‘yeah.’”
In Hulu show ‘Mrs. America’, Paulson plays Alice Macray alongside Cate Blanchett.
Luckily, she will be appearing in the tenth season of ‘American Horror Story’ again!
