Riverdale Season 4 Trailer and Premiere Date Revealed
CW’s mystery drama, based on the Archie comics series, has released the first trailer for its upcoming season.
As showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa has revealed, Archie (K.J. Apa), Betty (Lili Reinhart) and Veronica (Camila Mendes) will face a "different kind of mystery" during their senior year of high school. And it seems like Jughead (Cole Sprouse) is in the center of it. The character, seen to be buried alive in the latest trailer, had previously left people guessing after season’s 3 mysterious final scene.
Season’s 4 first episode, titled ‘In Memoriam’, will be a tribute to late Luke Perry and will guest star his friend and ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ co-star Shannen Doherty. It will air on Wednesday October 9 on the CW and will be available on Netflix the next day.
