PHOTO REVIEW: Blink-182 & A Day To Remember Bring Massive Stage Production To Rotterdam Ahoy
A Day To Remember recently released their new record ‘Bad Vibrations’, from which they played a lot of shows live that night.Of course also the fan favourites such as ‘The Downfall Of Us All’, ‘If It Means A Lot To You’ and more were performed in front of the thousands and thousands of attendees who came out early to see A Day To Remember’s energetic and confetti-filled performance.
Blink-182 had some making up to do for all the years of absence and let’s just say, no hard feelings. Multiple pyro-effects, screens, smoke and more were just a few of the many highlights of the evening. The oldschool poppunkers play together as a well-oiled machine, and special props go to drummer Travis Barker, who has proven once again that he is indeed one of the best drummer the rockscene has to offer the world. Blink-182 recently released the deluxe edition of their also still fairly new record ‘California’, which means the band had a lot of new tracks to perform live for the first time for the Dutch fans. New tracks such as ‘Los Angeles’, ‘She’s Out Of Her Mind’, ‘Sober’ and of course leadsingle ‘Bored To Death’. It goes without saying that Blink-182 also made the crowd very happy with the iconic oldschool tracks such as ‘All The Small Things’, ‘The Rock Show’ and ‘What’s My Age Again’?
We were here to witness both performances and Eva van Kuik made a bunch of photos from both bands for you to enjoy. You can enjoy them right below!
