We’re all aware of the fact that Twenty One Pilots are topping or have topped many charts. However you may not know that they’ve been on top of the Billboard Hot Rock Songs chart for over a year now. The chart is currently being topped by ‘Heathens’ and that has been the case for 27 weeks. Previously ‘Stressed Out’ has been on top of the chart for a total of 23 weeks and ‘Ride’ for 9 weeks. Unfortunately the 59 week streak was not on-going as Prince’s track ‘Purple Rain’ led the chart for one week after his passing. Still though, this is incredible and has never been done before.

Austin Carlile Reveals Reason For Departure From Of Mice & Men
Originally, Austin Carlile made a statement about his departure from Of Mice & Men stating that the departure has everything to do with his health condition. The ex- Of Mice & Men frontman suffers from a rare disorder called Marfan Syndrome, which is making it very difficult for Carlile to tour and sing, especially unclean vocals.
It’s been about a month and a half since Austin Carlile announced his departure and left fans everywhere devastated. Of Mice & Men were going forward as a four-piece.
In the last few days however, Austin Carlile has responded to numerous fans about his departure from Of Mice & Men, bringing a whole other reason to the forefront.
According to Austin Carlile, he was being censored on what he can and cannot write about when it came to Of Mice & Men tracks in the future. Rather than being controlled like that in the band he created himself, he departured from the band. Not too say that his health condition wasn’t the reason, but perhaps this put him over the edge.
In addition Austin Carlile responded to fans that he is working on new music and a new project which he will be touring with. The best of luck to Austin Carlile on this adventure & we’ll sure be promoting it once songs from Carlile go live.
