CONCERT REVIEW: LANDMVRKS Amaze During Ecstatic Tilburg Show
Last weekend, the city of Tilburg hosted a total of 2 epic, sold-out shows in Poppodium 013 on Saturday night. In the main hall, popular soul artist Teddy Swims performed in front of a sold-out crowd, and in the smaller Next stage, an insane metalcore package brought together by headliner LANDMVRKS blew fans away. Unfortunately, we were only able to capture metalcore giants The Devil Wears Prada, who set the bar exceptionally high and the aforementioned LANDMVRKS.
The Devil Wears Prada, known for their insanely high-energy performances were on top of their game, as they have been for years. With a setlist more catered towards their most recent work, The Devil Wears Prada truly showed what they are made of and why they are the household name in the metalcore scene. Musically and interactively, The Devil Wears Prada drew the biggest possible pits, with one crowdsurfer after the other. They are a force to be reckoned with.
For us it was the very first time seeing LANDMVRKS, so we had no idea what to expect of their live performance. As fans of their music, we were excited to finally witness the band live but had no idea what kind of show the French metalcore band are capable of. Luckily, this question was answered within the first few minutes of their performance. Kicking things off with the most recent single Creature, the tone was set for the entire evening. High energy, a lot of interaction and a unique screen in the form of the letter V to compliment the bandâs performance with a splash of digital colour.
The audience was completely engaged, singing along to every word and moshing to the powerful beats. LANDMVRKSâ interaction with the crowd was genuine and heartfelt, creating an intimate atmosphere amidst the sprawling venue. The sound quality was impeccable, with each note resonating clearly, ensuring that the intricacies of their music were fully appreciated.
Itâs impossible to paint an accurate picture of the mayhem that had unfolded this evening, but perhaps with some visual representation, you can get a glimpse of what the night looked like using the galleries right below, courtesy of Eva van den Bosch.

CONCERT REVIEW: The Black Keys Show Impeccable Musicianship During Amsterdam Show
Last night at Amsterdamâs Ziggo Dome, The Black Keys delivered a stellar performance that reaffirmed their status as rock royalty. With the venue packed to the rafters, the energy in the air was palpable from the moment Dan Auerbach strummed the first chord under laud applause from the nearly filled 17.000 capacity arena in Amsterdam.
The show hit its stride early on, at least for me, and judging from the amount of filming smartphones, Iâd say at least a few dozen other people in the crowd as well, during the rendition of fan favourite Gold On The Ceiling and midway through the set Howlinâ For You. These tracks, known for their gritty guitar riffs and catchy choruses, had the a tad more ecstatic than the rest of the set, a level which would only be reclaimed during the bandâs encore with the megahits Little Black Submarines & Lonely Boy. The audience went ablaze, singing along at the top of their lungs and dancing with a fervour that shook the floor of the Ziggo Dome.
Visually, the show left a bit to be desired. The stage was backed by a screen displaying psychedelic visuals that pulsated in harmony with the music. Swirling colours and abstract patterns enhanced the sonic experience, creating a hypnotic backdrop that felt like stepping into another dimension. This visual element added a layer of depth to the show, perfectly complementing the bandâs blues-rock sound with a modern twist, but with that, all of the effects aside from the music itself have been described. There was very little interaction between the band and fans, and the (almost) sole focus of the show laid on the bandâs musical talent.
The musicianship was, as expected, impeccable. Auerbachâs mastery of the guitar is a sight to behold, his fingers deftly moving with precision and passion. Carney, on drums, provided the heartbeat of the performance, driving the music forward with power and finesse. Together, and backed by a quarter of musicians, they played with a tightness and synergy that comes from years of collaboration, yet there was an ease to their interaction that made it all look effortlessly cool.
The setlist was a well-curated mix of hits and deep cuts, ensuring that there was something for every type of fan. Whether it was the raw emotional pull of Tighten Up or the raucous energy of Lonely Boy, each song was delivered with the kind of authenticity and passion that has defined The Black Keysâ career. Even though the band recently released their new album Ohio Prayers, only four songs from this album were played. The setlist focused more on greatest hits rather than recent work.
In all, The Black Keysâ show at the Ziggo Dome was exquisite. The Black Keys are among the best to do this live music thing and last nightâs performance was yet another testament to that fact. Eva van den Bosch was there to capture a portion of the show through the lens, which you can check out in the gallery below.
âM3GAN 2.0â Coming To Theaters In 2025 With New Star Ivanna Sakhno
Blumhouse Productions and Universal Pictures have announced that the sequel to the horror movie M3GAN, called M3GAN 2.0, will be released on May 16th, 2025. According to Deadline, Ivanna Sakhno, who has appeared in Let It Snow and Ahsoka, will play a big role in the new movie.
The first M3GAN movie featured a smart doll designed to be the perfect friend for kids and a help to parents. Allison Williams played Gemma, the creator of M3GAN, and Violet McGraw played her niece, Cady. Both actors will return for the sequel.
What to Expect in the Sequel
In the first movie, the M3GAN doll ends up causing big problems. Although the doll is destroyed at the end, the story continues in M3GAN 2.0. The saying goes that killer dolls never really go away, and this sequel will follow that idea.
James Wan, known for his horror movies, will produce the sequel, and Akela Cooper, who wrote the first movie, will write this one too.
Looking Forward
Fans are excited to see what happens next with M3GAN. With the original team working on this sequel and new actors joining, M3GAN 2.0â is expected to be another big hit in the horror movie world.
Keep an eye out for more news as the movie gets closer to its release date.
