Waterparks Reach New Heights With New Album ‘Intellectual Property’
Waterparks have been gaining attention and popularity with every release since their debut EP Airplane Conversations in 2012, which each album taking the band to bigger stages, including sold-out shows at iconic venues and slots on massive tours.
Their most recent effort Intellectual Property, is no exception and have gotten the band their very first top-10 record in the United Kingdom, as revealed by Official Charts.
Just like Waterparks‘ 2021 release Greatest Hits, whose release coincided with Twenty One Pilots‘ most recent album Scaled And Icy, Intellectual Property released on the same day as Metallica’s highly anticipated new album 72 Seasons, which got the number 1 spot on the UK Top 10.
It is worth mentioning that, besides the top 10 spot on the charts, Intellectual Property has also taken the nr 3 spot on the vinyl charts & nr 2 spot on the record stores chart.
