Twenty One Pilots’ Label Is Going To Court For ‘Heathens’ Leak
Little did we know that it got leaked, as rumours started flying around that the band leaked it themselves.
Well, Atlantic Records are still busy tracking down who did this and are taking legal action.
The record label Atlantic Records is trying to force Reddit into telling them the IP address of the person who leaked the track in the first place.
They’re trying to get compensation for the leak as the track got posted online over a week before it was supposed to release.
It gets even juicier though..
As so few people had the copy of the song, Atlantic Records are thinking one of the label employees must have leaked it.
We’re talking about either someone from the management team or even one of the band members themselves.
Meaning that perhaps Twenty One Pilots will get sued by their own label..
The request for the identity from the Reddit IP address was requested two days ago.
