Brendon Urie Returns To The Stage After Nearly Two Years
Panic! At The Disco’s Brendon Urie made a surprise return to the stage on February 8th at the I Love LA Eaton fire relief concert, held at Glendale Presbyterian Church. This performance marked his first public appearance since the band’s final show in March 2023.
He delivered a heartfelt rendition of Charlie Chaplin‘s classic Smile. The event aimed to raise funds for the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund, supporting musicians affected by the recent Eaton fires in Los Angeles.
This appearance follows a recent reunion of former Panic! At The Disco members Ryan Ross and Dallon Weekes, who joined Phantom Planet on stage at The Regent Theater on February 1st for the same cause.
Fans can look forward to seeing Brendon Urie again later this year, as he is set to perform Panic! At The Disco’s debut album, A Fever You Can’t Sweat Out, in its entirety at the When We Were Young festival in October. The festival’s lineup also includes co-headliners blink-182, along with acts like Weezer, Avril Lavigne, The Offspring, The Used, and more.
