Avril Lavigne Reunites With Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley For ‘In Too Deep’
Avril Lavigne surprised fans at the MGM Grand Garden Arena by bringing out Sum 41’s Deryck Whibley during her Greatest Hits tour. The two, who were married for three years, performed the hit song In Too Deep together.
Avril introduced Deryck by saying he’s the guitarist in “one of my favourite bands, and your favourite bands.” It was a special moment since they last performed this song together 15 years ago during Avril’s 2008 Japan tour.
Fans loved the surprise and cheered as Avril and Deryck played the song with lots of energy. It was a great part of the concert that fans will remember.
